Refund Policy
At CROF, we want you to love what you buy. If something isn’t perfect, we’re here to help. Please read our policy below.
1. Return Period
You may return most new, unworn, unwashed items with all original tags and packaging intact within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
2. Eligibility for Refund or Exchange
Items must be:
Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
In original condition with all original tags and hygienic liners (for underwear/swimwear) attached
Accompanied by the original order number or proof of purchase
The following items are non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons:
Underwear, lingerie, and swimwear (if the hygienic liner has been removed)
Socks and hosiery
Customized or personalized items
Earrings and pierced jewelry
Final sale or clearance items marked “non-returnable”
3. How to Return
Contact us for the location for return shipping, or visit us at our physical store at the Macau International Airport
4. Refund Timeline & Method
Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 3–7 business days), we will notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except in cases of faulty or incorrect items).
If you paid via credit card/PayPal/Alipay/WeChat Pay/MPay, the refund will appear on your statement within 1–2 billing cycles.
5. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund (including original shipping costs).
6. Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for size/color only (subject to stock availability). If the desired variant is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.
7. Orders from Outside Macau
International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs duties/taxes incurred during the return process.
